During Risk Education Part 1, you will learn about the risks associated with alcohol, drugs, fatigue, and other factors that can affect your ability to drive safely.
The course places a strong emphasis on discussing risky behaviour in traffic. Together, we explore how different risks arise, how they can impact road safety, and what you can do to reduce or avoid them altogether.
Coffee, tea, and light refreshments are included during the course.
Risk Education Part 2, commonly known as the Skid Pan Course, is the second mandatory part of the Swedish risk education programme for learner drivers.
During the course, you will drive a car and experience hazardous situations on slippery road surfaces in a safe and controlled environment. There is no test or exam, but you must have sufficient driving skills to safely manoeuvre the vehicle in order to participate.
